Root Access 2046
The city has two owners.
It is 2046. The seawall broke, the undercity flooded, and the only thing still dry is the arcology. Terable Corp owns the lights. NU11 owns the dark. Both armies are printed at 28mm; both are waiting on a shelf for you.

Slum-hacker collective
NU11
Acid-green graffiti, scavenged steel, stolen signal. NU11 wins by outnumbering, out-hacking and never being where the corp guns are pointing.
Signal Ghosts
Enemy shooting at NU11 infantry from more than 12" away is at −1 to hit.
Scrapyard Ingenuity
Whenever a NU11 model loses a wound, roll a d6: on a 6 the wound is not lost.
Burn the ICE
NU11 hackers add +1 to hack rolls against enemy drones, vehicles and walkers.

Corporate security division
Terable Corp
Corporate security in clean white armor, electric-blue T emblems glowing in the rain. Terable wins with better armor, better aim, layered ICE — and by billing NU11 for the damages.
Corporate ICE
When an enemy exploit targets a Terable unit, the denial roll may be made by the target or by any friendly ICE unit within 6".
Drone Network
Terable units within 6" of a friendly drone re-roll hit rolls of 1; drones near a non-drone unit gain +1 Ld and may use its line of sight.
Elite Drilling
Terable infantry may shoot after Falling Back, at −1 to hit.
